摘要
基于目前医务人员工作满意度较低、职业倦怠严重的现状,在明确人文管理与需求层次理论内涵的基础上,对医务人员总体需求及不同层次医务人员的代表性需求进行分析,形成了保障基本权益、构建和谐工作环境、实行人性化管理、推行人才分类管理以及落实人文文化管理的医务人员人文管理实施路径,以期激发医务人员工作积极性。
Based on the current situation of low job satisfaction and serious burnout of medical staff,on the basis of clarifying the theoretical connotation of humanistic management and demand level,analysis the overall needs of medical staff and representative needs of medical staff at different levels,and form the medical personnel humanities management implementation path of protect basic guarantee rights and interests,construct a harmonious working environment,implement humanized management,promote staff classification management,and carry out humanistic and cultural management,expect to motivate the enthusiasm of medical personnel.
