Uniaxial compression test and constitutive relationship of high-toughness polyvinyl alcohol cement-based composites

摘要 通过对6组不同配合比立方体试件进行单轴抗压试验,研究了高韧性聚乙烯醇水泥基复合材料(PVA-ECC)的抗压性能和抗压强度尺寸效应,测得了材料的单轴抗压强度和抗压应力应变曲线。试验结果表明,PVA-ECC抗压强度存在明显的尺寸效应,抗压强度随着尺寸边长的增大而减小。根据实测的应力应变曲线,提出了单轴受压本构模型,为PVA-ECC结构非线性有限元分析及结构设计提供了理论依据。 Uniaxial compression tests were performed on 6 groups of cube specimens with different mixing ratios to study the compressive properties and compressive strength dimensional effects of high-toughness polyvinyl alcohol cement-based composites(PVA-ECC),the compressive strength and the axial compressive stress-strain curves were obtained.The test results confirm that the PVA-ECC compressive strength has a significant size effect,and the compressive strength decreases with the increase of the size side length.The uniaxial compression constitutive model is provided,which provides a theoretical basis for nonlinear finite element analysis and structural design of PVA-ECC structure.
