摘要
近年来,随着社会经济发展对人才身体素质的要求提升,以及人民生活物质水平的快速发展,大学生的身体素质和健康问题成为了当前社会各界重点关注的焦点。亚健康状态在大学生群体中迅速蔓延,不规律的饮食和作息严重影响了大学生群体的身体健康,给学生们带来了多方面的不良影响。当前的大学生群体缺乏体育锻炼,也欠缺合理饮食的观念,而其身心发展中却还处于需要补充营养、重视锻炼的身体成长阶段。基于大学生群体的体质特点和现实情况,本文将探讨大学生体育锻炼及合理饮食对健康的影响,鼓励大学生进行适当的体育锻炼和合理饮食。
In recent years,with the improvement of the requirements of social and economic development for the physical quality of talents,and the rapid development of people's living material level,the physical quality and health of college students have become the focus of attention in the current society.Sub-health status is spreading rapidly among college students.Irregular diet and work and rest seriously affect the health of college students,and bring many adverse effects to students.The survey shows that the current college students lack of physical exercise and the concept of reasonable diet.In the physical and mental development of college students,they are still in the stage of physical growth which needs to supplement nutrition and attach importance to exercise.Based on the physical characteristics and actual situation of college students,this paper will discuss the impact of physical exercise and reasonable diet on health of college students.
