工程教育认证背景下《食品安全学》翻转课堂教学模式初探 被引量:3

摘要 工程教育认证是高等工科教育改革发展的核心任务之一,翻转课堂坚持自主式、个性化和多样化的教育模式,符合工程教育认证基本理念。《食品安全学》作为高校食品科学与工程专业的核心课程,提高其教学质量对本专业认证至关重要。本文主要介绍了工程教育认证要求下的《食品安全学》教学目标,翻转课堂引入该课程教学改革的意义,以及基于课程内容的翻转课堂教学模式构建,以期为新形势下该课程教学改革探索新思路和新途径。 Engineering education certification is one of the core tasks in the reform and development of higher engineering education.Flipped classroom adheres to the autonomous,personalized and diversified education mode,which conforms to the fundamental philosophy of engineering education certification.“Food safety”is the core course of food science and engineering specialty in colleges and universities,so improving the teaching quality is crucial to certification of the specialty.This paper mainly introduces the teaching objectives of“food safety”course under the requirements of engineering education certification,the significance of introducing flipped classroom to the teaching reform of this course,and the construction of flipped classroom teaching mode based on the course content,hoping to explore new ideas and approaches for the teaching reform of this course under the new situation.
