摘要
目前国内充电桩普遍采用A型剩余电流保护器,而其存在保护局限性,无法有效地对充电桩故障进行全方位的保护。为了满足充电桩行业的发展需求,设计了一种磁调制式直流剩余电流保护器。对磁调制器工作原理进行数学建模分析,对磁调制器一次绕组、二次绕组、被测负载电流的关系进行了分析,采用双磁芯磁调制技术方案,磁调制式直流剩余电流保护器可实现A型剩余电流保护器+DC 6 mA剩余电流保护器组合保护功能。
At present,A-type residual current protector is used in the main charging piles in China.Due to the protection limitation of A-type residual current protector,it is unable to effectively protect the charging pile fault in an all-round way.In order to meet the development needs of the charging pile industry,this paper studies and designs a magnetic modulation DC residual current protector.The mathematical model of the working principle of the magnetic modulator is analyzed,and the relationship between the primary winding,the secondary winding and the measured load current of the magnetic modulator is analyzed.The design adopts the double core magnetic modulation technology scheme.The magnetic modulation DC residual current protector can realize the combined protection function of the DC 6 mA residual current protector and the A-type residual current protector.
