摘要
本研究通过优化实验获得高长径比的Mg2B2O5纳米线,研究了其对环氧树脂的增强作用。采用水热法和热处理两步法制备了Mg2B2O5纳米线并通过控制Mg2B2O5纳米线添加量调节环氧树脂的弯曲性能。Mg2B2O5纳米线的形貌与前驱体MgBO2(OH)形貌密切相关。水热法制备MgBO2(OH)纳米线需要一定的浓度和较高的反应温度,延长反应时间有利于提高长径比。另外,适当的添加Mg2B2O5纳米线可以明显提升环氧树脂的弯曲性能。
In this paper,highly pure magnesium borate(Mg 2B 2O 5)nanowires with high aspect ratio were prepared by optimizing the conditions of hydrothermal method to obtain MgBO 2(OH)and subsequent heat treatment to aquire Mg 2B 2O 5.Their reinforcement effect on epoxy resin was studied after incorporating the nanowires into epoxy matrix.The flexural performance of the epoxy resin composite was investigated by controlling the addition of Mg 2B 2O 5 nanowires.The morphology of the Mg 2B 2O 5 nanowires is closely related to the precursor MgBO 2(OH).The preparation of MgBO 2(OH)nanowires by hydrothermal method requires a certain concentration and a high reaction temperature,meanwhile,prolonging reaction time is beneficial to increasing length-diameter ratio.Additionally,proper addition of the Mg 2B 2O 5 nanowires can obviously improve the flexural performance of the epoxy resin composites.
