摘要
目的:测定干燥鱼腥草地下部分挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用连续回流提取法提取干燥鱼腥草地下部分的挥发油,并用气相色谱-质谱联用仪检测挥发油的化学成分。结果:从干燥鱼腥草地下部分挥发油中鉴定出26个化合物,其主要成分为β-蒎烯(14.56%)、D-柠檬烯(14.56%)、甲基正壬酮(14.56%)、ɑ-蒎烯(10.40%)、乙酸龙脑酯(8.55%)、β-月桂烯(8.10%)和4-萜品醇(7.34%)。结论:无论是从鱼腥草挥发油中化合物的数量还是活性成分来看,干燥鱼腥草的地下部分都有一定的药用价值,在使用时如果将干燥鱼腥草的地下部分舍弃,势必造成资源的浪费。
Objective In this paper,the volatile components from the dry underground parts of Herba Houttuyniae were investigated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS).Methods The volatile oil was extracted by continuous reflux extraction and their chemical compositions were analyzed by GC-MS.Result 15 compounds were identified.The volatile oil mainly composed ofβ-Pinene(15.58%),D-Limonene(15.58%),2-Undecanone(15.58%),ɑ-Pinene(11.13%),Bornyl acetate(9.15%),β-Myrcene(8.67%) and Terpinen-4-ol(7.85%).Conclusion It demonstrated that the dry underground parts of Herba Houttuyniae were medicinal value both quantity and active ingredients of compounds.If the dry underground parts of Herba Houttuyniae are abandoned in use,it will inevitably result in waste of resources.
