云芝新品种“云芝1号”的选育研究

Breeding Research of a New Variety of Trametes versicolor “Yunzhi 1”

目的选育符合《中国药典》标准的高产优质云芝药材新品种。方法采用系统选育法,从野生云芝菌株中选育出一株综合性状优良的云芝菌株——云芝1号。然后同时以当地主栽品种"云20"和本课题组同期系统选育的云芝菌株"云24"为对照,对"云芝1号"进行连续两年的多点品比试验。结果 "云芝1号"在两年的多点品比试验中遗传性状表现稳定一致,生产周期约118 d,绝对生物转化率可达到7%以上,内在品质均符合《中国药典》(2010年版)标准,浸出物和多糖含量两项关键指标均显著高于对照。结论 "云芝1号"是国内第一个通过审定的云芝新品种,具有适应性强、生产周期较短、产量高、内在品质优的特点,可满足市场对优质云芝药材的需求,具有较大的推广价值。

Objective To select and breed a new variety of Trametes versicolor with high yield and quality which reach the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. Methods A strain of Trametes versicolor "Yunzhi 1" with excellent comprehensive characteristics was selected from wild Trametes versicolor strains by systematic breeding method. Using the the conventional variety "Yun 20" and the domesticated Trametes versicolor strain "Yun 20" as the controls, the varietal comparative tests were continuously carried out. Results The genetic characters of " Yunzhi 1" were stable and consistent. The average growth period of "Yunzhi 1" was about 118 days, the average absolute bioconversion rate could reach more than 7%, the quality of "Yunzhi 1" conformed to the standards of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition), and the two key indicators of extract and polysaccharide content would significantly higher than the controls. Conclusion "Yunzhi 1" was the first approved new variety of Trametes versicolor in China. It has the characteristics of strong adaptability, short growth period, high yield and good quality, which can meet the market demand for high quality Trametes versicolor medicinal materials and has a great popularization value.
