Discussion on the Importance of Gold Strategy under the Accelerated Reconstruction of Economic Globalization

文章分析经济全球化加速重构的表现和走向,以及黄金的储备等战略意义,提出中国利用制度、产业等优势在经济全球化重构中的路径。建议从黄金的市场体系、人民币/黄金转换对策、汇率调整下的黄金比价策略、鼓励民间储金政策、优化黄金产业政策、鼓励国内外金矿生产和勘探等几个方面采取应对措施。

The paper analyzes the performance and tendency of the accelerated reconstruction of economic globalization,and the strategic significance of gold reserves,then puts forward the path how China takes the advantages of system and industry in the reconstruction of economic globalization.It is suggested that countermeasures should be taken from the following aspects:such as the market system of gold,RMB/gold conversion strategy,the gold price ratio strategy under exchange rate adjustment,the policy of encouraging private gold storage,the policy of optimizing gold industry,as well as encouraging the production and exploration of gold mines in domestic and abroad.
