乡村振兴战略背景下的村庄规划编制类型划分

Classification of Village Planning Types under the Background of Rural Revitalization Strategy

文章基于乡村振兴战略提出的分类推进乡村发展的指导思想,建立村庄类型分类指标体系,运用系统聚类分析结合定性分析的方法对和林格尔县150个村庄进行规划编制类型划分研究。最终将和林格尔县150个村庄分为六种编制类型,分别为产业发展型村庄、城郊融合型村庄、交通枢纽型村庄、农业主导型村庄、休闲观光旅游型村庄、拆迁归并型村庄。分类结果显示不同类型村庄在自然禀赋、土地利用结构、乡村振兴途径、农村人居环境改善等方面体现了较大的差异。依据和林格尔县不同村庄类型提出相应的村庄规划编制导向。

Based on the guiding ideology of promoting rural development by classification proposed by the strategy of rural revitalization,the paper constructs the index system of village type classification,and applies the method of systematic clustering analysis combined with qualitative analysis to sort the planning types of 150 villages in Horinger County.Finally,150 villages in Horinger County are divided into six compilation types’villages:they are industrial development type,suburban integration type,transportation hub type,agriculture-oriented type,leisure tourism type,demolition and merging type.The classification results show that different types of villages have great differences in natural endowment,land use structure,rural revitalization path,improvement of rural living environment and other aspects.According to the different types of villages in Horinger County,the paper puts forward the corresponding compilation guidance of village planning.
