气动雾化系统运行条件对高蛋白型配方粉粒径影响的研究

摘要 对高蛋白型配方粉在气动雾化干燥系统条件下进行优化,通过单因素试验和响应面试验设计优化喷雾干燥工艺。结果表明,进风温度150℃、风量6 m3·min-1,乳化液固形物含量为35 brix%的条件下进行喷雾干燥,高蛋白型配方粉的粒径最高可达8.74μm。 In order to optimize the high protein formula powder under the condition of pneumatic atomization drying system,the spray drying process was optimized by single factor test and response surface test.The results showed that spray drying was carried out under the condition of air inlet temperature of 150℃,air volume of 6 m3·min-1,emulsion solid content of 35 brix%,and the maximum particle size of high protein formula powder could reach 8.74μm.
