Research Progress on Detection Methods of Heavy Metals in Food

民以食为天,食品安全是事关人民群众身体健康的重大民生问题。本文简要阐述了重金属对人体的危害以及重金属对食品的污染,并对食品中重金属检测方法进行了简单的概述,以期为重金属检测技术的发展提供一定的参考,更好的维护食品安全,保障人民健康。

Food is the first necessity of the peopel.Food safety is a major livelihood issue concerning people’s health.In this paper,the harm of heavy metals on human body and the contamination of heavy metals on food are briefly described,and the detection methods of heavy metals in food in recent years are briefly summarized,so as to provide some reference value for the development of intermediate number detection and better safeguard food safety and people’s health.
