摘要
本文从食品农药残留污染现状出发,深入探究了食品中农药残留的种类和途径,主要从有机磷农药残留和有机氯农药残留方面叙述了食品中农药残留的危害,最后论述了食品农药残留检测方法,并从不同角度进行详细分析,从而为食品农药残留检测方法研究提供参考。
Based on the current situation of pesticide residue pollution in food,this article deeply explored the types and ways of pesticide residues in food.At the same time,the harm of pesticide residues in food is described,mainly from the organophosphorus pesticide residues and organochlorine pesticide residues to explore,finally effectively discussed the detection methods of food pesticide residues,and from different angles of detailed analysis,so as to provide a reference for the study of food pesticide residue detection methods.
