摘要
随着物质生活水平的大幅度提升,人们对食品品质也提出了更高的要求,运用现代先进科学技术保障食品品质已成为公众普遍关注的话题。本文介绍了无损检测技术的特点,探究了基于力学、光学、电磁学等原理的无损检测在食品品质检测中的运用情况,并以食物细菌检测、重金属等检测为典型案例,分析了无损检测技术的应用优势,以期为食品品质检测提供参考。
With the substantial improvement of material living standards,people also put forward higher requirements for food quality.The use of modern advanced science and technology to ensure food quality has become a topic of public concern.This paper introduces the characteristics of non-destructive testing technology,explores the application of nondestructive testing based on the principles of mechanics,optics,electromagnetics,etc.in food quality testing,and analyzes the application of non-destructive testing technology based on the detection of food bacteria and heavy metals as typical cases.Application advantages,in order to provide reference for food quality testing.
