摘要
前期实施“餐饮企业营养服务策略重要性程度”问卷调查,在此基础上进行归纳、分析、总结,并从消费者营养健康心理需求角度出发,对餐饮企业的营养服务营销策略进行探析,为餐饮企业营养服务营销提供理论依据。
Based on the questionnaire survey of the importance degree of nutrition service strategy of catering enterprises in the early stage,this paper summarizes,analyzes and summarizes the strategy of nutrition service marketing of catering enterprises from the perspective of consumers’psychological demand for nutrition health,so as to provide theoretical basis for catering enterprises to carry out nutrition service marketing.
