摘要
本文主要分析了食品检测实验室质量分析过程中存在的问题,并提出加强食品检验实验室管理制度以及强化质量控制手段,从而为食品检验实验室的管理提供参考依据。
This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the quality analysis process of food testing laboratory,and proposes to strengthen the management system and quality control means of food inspection laboratory,so as to provide reference for the management of food inspection laboratory.
