摘要
食用菌多糖作为食用菌的主要活性成分受到广泛关注。本文综述了食用菌多糖在抗癌、抗菌、降血糖、降血脂、护肝、抗衰老和免疫调节方面等功效的研究进展,并对食用菌多糖的开发利用进行展望,旨在为食用菌多糖的开发利用提供参考。
As the main active component of edible fungi,polysaccharides from edible fungi has been widely concerned.The research progress on antitumor,bacteriostatic and hypoglycemic effect,lipid-lowering,protection of liver,anti-aging,immunemodulation and so on were reviewed in this paper,and prospect of development of edible fungi polysaccharides was put forward,aiming at providing some references for research and development of edible fungi polysaccharides.
