Improving Project Management Measures to Maintain Steady Development of Agriculture

随着乡村振兴战略的全面推进,涉农项目不断落实,强化对项目的实施管理就成为各级管理部门的首要任务。通过对宁夏涉农项目和涉农资金的巡察,发现在项目的实施和验收等管理过程中存在着一些问题,影响着项目的进程与效果。针对这些问题,应制定相应的政策和管理办法,从档案管理、项目实施以及验收总结等方面加强并完善涉农项目和涉农资金的管理措施,保证农业生产稳步发展,满足农民日益增长的需求,为提高项目建设质量和发挥投资效益提供有力保障。

With comprehensive advance of the strategy for rural revitalization and constant implement of agricultural projects,strengthening the project management has become the top priority of administrations at all level.By inspecting agricultural projects and funds in Ningxia,some problems in implement and acceptance of projects that impacting progress and results of the projects were found.Aiming at these problems,from the aspects of archives management,projects implement and acceptance,management measures of agricultural projects and funds should be improved to maintain steady development of agriculture,meet farmers'increasing demands,improve quality of project construction and increase benefits of investment.
