摘要
马铃薯疮痂病是由链霉菌(Streptomyces.spp)引起的土传病害,在我国马铃薯产区普遍发生,病原菌的积累造成疮痂病发病程度呈逐年加重,严重影响马铃薯产业发展。本文阐述了马铃薯疮痂病的危害,分析了马铃薯疮痂病抗性资源筛选和分子标记在抗病育种中的重要性,提出了筛选抗病种质资源、培育抗病品种是防治疮痂病经济有效的途径。
Potato common scab caused by Streptomyces.spp is common soilborne disease in our country.The incidence of potato scab increased year by year.There are no effective chemical control methods.In this paper,harms of potato scab was expound,importance of potato scab resistance resources screening and molecular markers in disease resistance breeding were analyzed,and the conclusion that screening disease resistant germplasm resources and breeding disease resistant varieties are economic and effective ways to control potato scab were put forward.
