超敏C反应蛋白和血小板/红细胞体积分布宽度比值在学龄前儿童早期感染诊断中的应用价值 被引量：2

摘要 儿童是感染性疾病的高发人群,小儿感染性疾病排在第一位的是呼吸道感染[1].在实际临床诊疗过程中,需要选择高特异性、高敏感性的检测方法对儿童的病情做出及时、准确的诊断,从而更加准确的反映儿童的病情,才能获得较为理想的治疗效果[2]. 单一血常规等常规检查容易受患者情绪,活动,日间变化等因素的影响会干扰检测结果,不能及时反映感染情况和分辨感染类型, 而细菌培养也需要数天才能出结果, 因此儿童早期感染性疾病的临床诊断存在一定的困难 [3,4].
