摘要
铜水精炼过程中的温度和氧活度直接影响着铜的品质,因此能快捷有效地检测铜液的温度和自由氧含量至关重要。采用人工经验判别方法来控制阳极炉氧化还原时长,对人员依赖程度高,无法全面推广。因此探索了一种基于氧活度参数的氧化还原时长的判断方法,并以某单位为例进行了10次测量,依据所得的数据初步归纳出了指导标准。
The temperature and oxygen activity in liquid copper refining directly affect the quality of copper,so it is very important to determine the temperature of liquid copper and free oxygen content in quick and effective way.The artificial experience method is used to control the oxidation-reduction time of anode furnace,which is highly dependent on personnel and cannot be popularized by all staff.Therefore,a method to determine the oxidation-reduction time based on the parameters of oxygen activity is developed,based on which the determination is to be made ten times.According to the data obtained,the guideline is preliminarily summarized.
