摘要 肽类具有许多重要的生物活性,在医药、农业等领域均有广泛的应用。传统的肽类合成方法以化学法为主,随着酶催化技术发展,在肽类合成领域逐渐发展出化学酶法、酶法等新型合成方法。本文重点介绍了化学法、化学酶法和酶法肽类合成方法的研究进展,并对各类合成方法进行了比较分析。目前化学法仍是生产药物肽的首选方法,化学酶法、酶法将随着蛋白质工程技术的发展在肽类合成中展现出越来越明显的优势。 Peptides have many important biological activities and are widely used in medicine,agriculture and other fields.Traditional chemical method is mainly method of peptide synthesis.With the development of enzyme catalysis technology,new synthesis methods such as chemoenzyme method and enzyme method have been gradually developed in the field of peptide synthesis.The research progress of chemical method,chemoenzyme method and enzymatic peptide synthesis method was mainly introduced.At present,chemical method is still the preferred method to produce pharmaceutical peptides.With the development of protein engineering technology,chemoenzymatic method and enzymatic method will show more and more obvious advantages in peptide synthesis.
