摘要 针对高浓工业废水,开发应用高效多功能型水处理剂越来越重要。以改性海藻酸钠、改性硅藻土、改性海泡石纤维、石膏为主要原料,采用固相研磨方式制备固体絮凝剂OS。通过浊度、CODcr、重金属去除率及沉降速率确定最佳质量比为改性海藻酸钠∶改性硅藻土∶改性海泡石纤维∶石膏=3∶1∶7∶4,可发挥各组分的协同及独特作用,实现高效处理高浓废水。结果表明:高浓废水浊度去除率达95%,CODcr去除率达90%,重金属去除率达98%,性能优异。 It is more and more important to develop and apply high efficient multifunctional water treatment agent for high concentration industrial wastewater.Solid flocculant OS was prepared by solid-phase grinding with modified sodium alginate,modified diatomite,modified sepiolite fiber and gypsum as main raw materials.Through turbidity,COD Cr,heavy metal removal rate and sedimentation rate,the best mass ratio was determined as modified sodium alginate∶modified diatomite∶modified sepiolite fiber∶gypsum=3∶1∶7∶4,which can play a synergistic and unique role of each component,and achieve efficient treatment of high concentration wastewater.The results showed that high concentration wastewater turbidity removal rate was 95%,COD Cr removal rate was 90%,heavy metal removal rate was 98%,and performance was excellent.
