摘要 产教融合是应用型本科高校改革发展的必然方向,本文从环境工程专业人才培养模式的现状和不足出发,探索了基于产教融合的人才培养模式,结合河南工程学院环境工程专业的具体实践,从人才培养方案的修订、行业学院的联合培养、新型实践教学模式探索、校企协同育人等多方面落实了产教融合理念。在一定程度上为其他应用型本科高校的环境工程专业改革提供了参考。 Integration between production and education is the inevitable direction of the development of application-oriented university.The current situation and deficiency of training model of environmental engineering were analyzed,and the talent training model based on integration between production and education was explored.Combined with the practice of environmental engineering major of Henan Engineering College,the concept of integration between production and education was implemented from the revision of the talent training program,the joint training of the industry college,the exploration of the new practice teaching mode,and the cooperative education of the school-enterprise cooperation in education.To a certain extent,it provides a reference for the environmental engineering reform of other applied application-oriented university.
