浅埋厚煤层井田边界煤柱稳定性研究

摘要 针对神府矿区部分煤矿受采煤工艺变化和多次采动影响边界煤柱的稳定性难以保证的问题,本文以相邻的海湾煤矿三号井2206综采工作面和王才伙盘煤矿2201综采工作面为例,采用理论计算、数值模拟方法对常规开采时和卸压开采时边界煤柱的稳定性进行研究分析。研究结果表明:2206工作面和2201工作面边界煤柱的承载强度分别为9.2、9.99MPa,稳定性系数分别为0.54、0.58,常规开采后均处于失稳和残余变形状态;切顶卸压处理时,工作面前方边界煤柱有足够的弹性区,边界煤柱垂向应力最大为8.0MPa,较大缓解了煤柱承载,对保障工作面安全生产有较好的作用。 Aiming at the problem that the stability of boundary pillars in some coal mines in Shenfu coalfield is difficult to be guaranteed due to the change of mining technology and multiple mining,the 2206 mechanized mining face of the third well of Haiwan coalmine and the 2201 mechanized working face of Wangcaihuopan coalmine were took as examples to analyze the stability of boundary pillars in the manner of normal mining and pressure relief mining by theoretical calculation and numerical simulation.The results showed that the bearing capacity of coal pillar at 2206 and 2201 working face was 9.2MPa and 9.99MPa respectively,the stability coefficients were 0.54 and 0.58 respectively,and coal pillar were in unstable state and residual deformation state after conventional mining;that there was enough elastic area at the front of the working face when the top was released,the maximum vertical stress of boundary pillar was 8.0MPa,and coal pillar bearing capacity was relieved to the large extent,which had a good effect on ensuring the safe production at the working face.
