不安全心理研究现状及进展分析

An Analysis of the Current Situation and Development of Unsafe Psychology Research

为推动不安全心理研究的发展,从心理层面控制或降低不安全行为的发生,本文通过文献综述的方法,主要从不安全心理类型、研究领域、影响因素以及不安全心理测量4方面来解析不安全心理的研究进展。结果表明:在不安全心理类型方面,目前研究较多的主要有8种不安全心理类型;在不安全心理研究领域方面,不安全心理在煤矿和建筑行业研究较多;在不安全心理影响因素方面,仅对不安全心理影响因素进行了总结;在不安全心理测量方面,国内不安全心理测量方法仍是借鉴国外,并且国内不安全心理测量量表较少。总之,目前对不安全心理的深入研究较少,未来需要从量表开发等各方面进一步加强研究。

In order to promote the development of research on unsafe psychology and control or reduce the occurrence of unsafe behaviors from the psychological level,this paper analyzes the research progress of unsafe psychology from four aspects:types of unsafe psychology,research fields,influencing factors and unsafe psychological measurement.The results show that there are eight types of unsafe psychology in the field of unsafe psychology,among which fluke,paralysis and counter psychology are the three types of unsafe psychology with high research frequency;that in the field of unsafe psychology,unsafe psychology is studied more in coal mine and construction industry,but less in other industries;that in the aspect of unsafe psychological factors,there are many unsafe psychological factors,many scholars have summarized,but have not made further analysis on the relationship between various factors;that in the aspect of unsafe psychological measurement,although there are more researches on unsafe psychological measurement in China compared with foreign countries,the overall measurement method still draws lessons from foreign countries,and the domestic unsafe psychological measurement scale is still less.In short,there is currently less in-depth research on unsafe psychology,and future research needs to be further strengthened from various aspects such as scale development.
