岗位安全标准作业法在飞机装配梯台中的应用

Application of Standard Safety Operation Procedure in Aircraft Assembly Ladders

为提高现场作业的标准化水平,提升现场作业安全措施的规范化水平,本文以现场风险管控及突发事件应对为核心,提出了岗位安全标准作业的基本工作步骤,即在培训及资料收集等前期工作的基础上,明确作业内容,并结合实际工况对作业内容开展风险辨识,进而设计形成标准作业动作,同时明确突发事件的应对措施。通过在飞机装配梯台的实践表明,推广实行岗位安全标准作业法,能够有效控制现场人为失误造成的工伤事故、险肇事故及现场违章。岗位安全标准作业的实践,可为相关作业落实安全防范措施、提高风险管控水平提供参考和实践依据。

In order to improve the standardization level of on-site operation and the normalization level of on-site safety measures,the basic work steps of standard safety operating procedure(SSOP)are put forward,which focuses mainly on-site risk management and emergency responses.The work steps include training and data collection,operation content determination,risk identification and actual working condition analysis,standard operation design and emergency responses.The practical application of an aircraft assembly ladders shows that the popularization of SSOP in aircraft assembly ladders can significantly reduce the accidents,the near miss and violations which are caused by human error.The practice of SSOP can provide a reference and practical basis for the implementation of safety precautions and the improvement of risk management le vel.
