摘要
为了避免油气田管道和站场完整性管理体系与QHSE管理体系并行存在的问题,基于2大体系特点和优势,通过多维度对比分析法阐述2体系整合的必要性和可行性,探索形成了一套“122345”完整性管理体系与QHSE管理体系的整合思路,研究了体系整合实施路径和方法,并提出了促使2大体系进行有机整合的建议。
In order to avoid the problems existing in the oil and gas field pipeline and station integrity management system and the QHSE management system,based on the characteristics and advantages of the two systems,the multi-dimensional comparative analysis method was used to explain the necessity and feasibility of the integration of the two systems,a set of the integration idea of"122345"integrity management system and QHSE management system was formed,the implementation path and method of system integration was studied,and some suggestions to promote the organic integration of the two systems was put forward.
