摘要 本文阐述了空天地一体化环水保监控在青海电网基建智慧管理中的技术路线、主要创新点及应用情况,研究基于互联网+、遥感技术、GIS等技术,形成环水保监控系统,加强环水保设计、施工、验收各阶段监管,由此构建环水保全过程的监管大数据,实现对青海电网基建环水保全过程精细化管控。 This paper introduces the technical proposal,innovation and application of integration of space,sky and ground monitoring and supervision of water and soil conservation in intelligent management of Qinghai Power Grid construction.Through the Internet plus,remote sensing technology and GIS technology,to achieve the soil and water conservation monitoring system,strengthen the supervision of conservation design,construction and acceptance stages.Therefore,the supervision big data of the conservation process is constructed,to realize the fine management and control of Qinghai Power Grid infrastructure conservation whole process.
