呼吸道病毒感染哮喘儿童FeNO与EOS水平的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析呼吸道病毒感染哮喘儿童呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)及外周血嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)水平的变化及探讨相关机制.方法:选择在湖北省妇幼保健院儿童呼吸科门诊及住院部就诊的3 ~ 16岁哮喘患儿,分为呼吸道病毒感染组和非呼吸道病毒感染组,分别测定其FeNO和EOS%值.结果:FeNO和EOS%值在呼吸道病毒感染组[(10.59±2.96) ppb和(1.56±0.48)%],在非呼吸道病毒感染组[(36.25±8.19)ppb和(8.78±4.25)%].呼吸道病毒感染组FeNO值较非呼吸道病毒感染组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);呼吸道病毒感染组EOS%值较非呼吸道病毒感染组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论:呼吸道病毒感染诱发儿童哮喘时FeNO与EOS水平不增高,由非嗜酸性炎症介导. Objective:To analyze the changes of exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)and peripheral blood eosinophil(EOS)levels in asthmatic children with respiratory virus infection and the related mechanisms.Methods:The FeNO and EOS%values of asthmatic children aged 3 to 16 in Hubei Maternal and Child Health care hospital were measured.Results:The FeNO and EOS%values were(10.59±2.96)ppb and(1.56±0.48)%in the respiratory virus infection group,and(36.25±8.19)ppb and(8.78±4.25)%in the non-respiratory virus infection group.The FeNO and EOS%values of the respiratory virus infection group were lower than those of the non-respiratory virus infection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:FeNO and EOS levels were not increased in children with asthma induced by respiratory virus infection,which may be mediated by non-eosinophilic inflammation.
