摘要
目的:探究重复经颅磁刺激对痉挛型脑瘫患儿平衡功能恢复的影响.方法:选取2018-05 ~2019-06在我院治疗的痉挛偏瘫型脑瘫患儿80例,随机将其分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在此基础上采用重复经颅磁刺激治疗,检测两组治疗前后踝关节活动度并采用GMFM-88粗大运动功能测试表对两组治疗前后运动功能进行评分,采用儿童语言发育迟缓检查法(S-S法)对患儿语言能力进行评估.结果:治疗后,与对照组相比,观察组踝关节活动度及GMFM-88评分得分有明显升高(P<0.05);观察组语言S-S评价结果总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:重复经颅磁刺激可有效改善患儿运动平衡能力,且能促进患儿语言功能发育.
Objective:To investigate the effect of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)on balance recovery in children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods:Eighty children with spastic hemiplegic cerebral palsy treated in Wuhan First Hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases each.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation on this basis.Ankle range of motion was measured before and after treatment,and gmFM-88 gross motor function test table was used to score the motor function of the two groups before and after treatment.The child language retardation test(S-S)was used to evaluate the language ability of the children.Results:After treatment,the ankle range of motion and GMFM-88 score in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Repetitive TRANSCranial magnetic stimulation(TMS)can effectively improve the motor balance and promote the development of language function in children.
