呼吸管理团队就COPD患者康复护理中的价值分析

Value analysis of rehabilitation nursing for COPD patients by respiratory management team

目的:探究呼吸管理团队运用于COPD患者康复护理过程中的价值.方法:随机选取2017-01 ~ 2018-12河南中医药大学第一附属医院的96例COPD患者作为研究对象.基于随机法将其均分为两组,即对照组与实验组(每组48例).对照组采用呼吸科常规护理方案,而实验组则在对照组的基础上组建呼吸管理团队实施护理工作.分别统计两组患者护理后的各项BODE指数结果,并进行比较分析,同时对比两组患者满意率.结果:经护理后,实验组BODE指数结果明显优于对照组,且实验组患者满意率明显优于对照组(P<0.05),均具统计学意义.结论:呼吸管理团队在COPD患者康复护理过程中具有重要影响,可以明显改善各项指标,提高患者的生活质量.

Objective:To explore the value of rehabilitation nursing for COPD patients by respiratory management team.Methods:Ninety-six patients with COPD admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2017 to December 2018 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 48 cases each.The control group adopted the routine nursing plan of the respiratory department,and the experimental group set up a respiratory management team to carry out nursing work on the basis of the control group.The results of each BODE index after the two groups of patients were respectively counted,and the satisfaction rates of the two groups of patients were compared.Results:After nursing,the BODE index results of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:The respiratory management team plays an important role in the rehabilitation and nursing process of COPD patients,which can significantly improve various indicators,improve the quality of life of patients,and has extremely high application value.
