直接前方入路与后方入路行全髋关节置换术的临床疗效比较的Meta分析 被引量:2

摘要 人工全髋关节置换术(total hip arthroplasty,THA)是治疗髋关节相关疾病的有效手段,临床疗效得到了医生和患者的广泛认可[1]。THA手术入路较多,其中后方入路(posterior approach,PA)作为一种传统入路在临床上应用较为广泛,其操作简单、术中显露较好,但该入路需切除髋关节后方外旋肌群及关节囊,影响关节后方稳定性,增加了术后脱位的风险,同时由于其手术范围大,对软组织损伤较大,不利于患者术后快速康复[2]。
