焦化管式炉脱苯工艺改进措施

摘要 粗苯是焦化生产过程中重要的化工回收产品和化工原料。本文以某年产150万吨焦化企业为例,通过将管式炉改进为换热器,对比分析两种粗苯回收工艺的区别,指出管式炉回收粗苯工艺中存在烟气污染、能耗大、安全隐患突出等问题,改为换热器后,可以节约占地、节省能耗、减少设备投资及运行费用,提高生产安全性,最终取得显著的经济效益和社会效益,对焦化粗苯产业工艺的改进和研究具有很好的借鉴作用。 Crude benzene is an important chemical recovery product and chemical raw material in the coking production process.This paper takes a coking enterprise with an annual output of 1.5 million tons as an example.Through the improvement ofthe tube furnace into the heat exchanger,the difference between the two crude benzene recovery processes is compared and analyzed,and it is pointed out that there are problems such as flue gas pollution,high energy consumption,and serious safety hazards in the process of crude benzene recovery in tube furnaces.After changing into the heat exchanger,it can achieve the purpose of saving land,saving energy,reducing equipment investment and operating costs,improving production safety,and ultimately achieving significant economic and social benefits.The improvement and research of the industrial process of coking crude benzene is a good reference.
