本文结合印尼出口电站项目,对免税清单的定义、编制、申请及使用现状进行阐述及分析,并提出出口总承包项目免税清单的编制原则及使用要求。

In this paper,combined with power station projects exported to Indonesia,the definition,compilation,application and use status of the tax exemption list are explained and analyzed,and the compilation principles and use requirements of the tax exemption list for export general contracting projects are proposed.
