摘要 为了实现非接触、大视场、高效率的柔性悬臂梁振动测量,基于双目视觉原理设计了一种柔性悬臂梁振动位移测量系统。在柔性悬臂梁末端粘贴标志点,双目相机测量标志点的振动位移图像序列,实现间接测量柔性悬臂梁的振动位移。通过实验结果与仿真结果对比,验证了实验测量结果的有效性与准确性。 In order to achieve high-efficiency vibration measurement of non-contact and large field of view of flexible cantilever,a flexible cantilever beam vibration displacement measurement system is designed based on the binocular vision principle.A marker point is attached to the end of the flexible cantilever beam,and the binocular camera measures the vibration displacement image sequence of the marker point to realize the indirect measurement of the vibration displacement of the flexible cantilever beam.By comparing the experimental results with the simulation results,the validity and accuracy of the experimental measurement results are verified.
