摘要 针对缺少软件控制系统的微流控芯片检测仪可操作性很低的问题,以蓝牙模块HC-06为衔接,Android智能手机为平台,设计了一种微流控芯片检测仪人机交互系统,旨在使用户通过该系统简单自然地操作微流控检测设备,从而达到简便、快速的检测。系统采用STM32为主控制器,控制蓝牙模块将经过电流/电压变换、滤波整流、偏置、放大后得到的微流控芯片信号发送到手机上进行实时显示、分析和存储,同时手机也可以发送相关指令,促使检测仪完成不同功能操作。该系统已应用于自制的微流控芯片分析检测仪,人机交互效果良好,提升了检测仪的可操作性。 Aiming at the problem that microfluidic chip detector lacking a software control system is very difficult to operate,take the Bluetooth module HC—06 as the interface and the Android smartphone as the platform,design a human-computer interaction system of microfluidic chip detector,aiming at enabling users to operate the microfluidic detection equipment simply and naturally through this system,so as to achieve simple and rapid detection.The system adopts STM32 as the main controller,and the control Bluetooth module sends the microfluidic chip signal obtained by I/V conversion,filtering rectification,offset and amplification to the mobile phone for real-time display,analysis and storage.At the same time,the mobile phone can also send relevant instructions to urge the detector to complete different functional operations.The system has been applied to the self-made microfluidic analysis detector,and the human-computer interaction effect is good,which improves the operability of the detector.
