摘要
针对现阶段检测仪器难以对恶臭污染做出感官评价的问题以及气体传感器普遍存在的交叉敏感性现象,开发了一种基于传感器阵列的恶臭气体检测系统。选用三种不同种类气敏传感器组成传感器阵列,以泵吸式串行连接方式为基础完成气路设计。通过偏最小二乘法与恶臭浓度—强度关系结合的方式进行恶臭强度等级的分析计算。实验证明:系统预测恶臭强度与人工嗅辨结果相关性系数为0.986,在恶臭环境监测中具有良好的应用前景。
Aiming at the problem that the detection instrument is difficult to make sensory evaluation of odor pollution and the cross-sensitivity phenomenon of gas sensors,a malodorous gas detection system based on sensor array is developed. Three different types of gas sensors are used to form the sensor array,and the gas path design is completed based on the pumped serial connection mode. The analysis and calculation of the malodor intensity level are carried out by the combination of partial least squares method and malodor concentration-intensity relationship.The experiment proves that the correlation coefficient between the system predicting malodor intensity and artificial olfactory discrimination is 0. 986,which has a good application prospect in the monitoring of malodorous environment.
