摘要
为了建立批量、准确、快速的测定土壤中速效钾及交换性钙镁的方法,本文使用1 mol/L的乙酸铵溶液进行振荡提取,直接在火焰原子吸收上测定滤液,并对不同含量、不同类型的土壤标准物质进行验证试验。结果表明,采用1 mol/L的乙酸铵溶液进行振荡提取,该方法能满足国家标准物质对速效钾及交换性钙镁测定的准确度要求。
In order to establish a batch,accurate and rapid method for the determination of available potassium and exchangeable calcium and magnesium in soil,this paper uses 1 mol/L ammonium acetate solution for shaking extraction,directly measures the filtrate on flame atomic absorption,and carries out verification tests on different levels and types of soil standards.The results show that the method of using 1 mol/L ammonium acetate solution for shaking extraction can meet the accuracy requirements of the national standard materials for the determination of available potassium and exchangeable calcium and magnesium.
