Smelting Vanadium-containing Pig Iron from Vanadium-bearing BOF Slags

钒钛磁铁矿提钒炼钢后,其钢渣还含有大量的钒,目前尚未得到有效利用。本文以这些含钒钢渣为原料,利用矿热炉来冶炼含钒生铁,并就冶炼工艺、主要参数、设备组成、车间布置等进行了详细阐释,为生产提供参考。

After refining vanadium and steel making by using V-Ti magnetite,BOF slags also contains much vanadium,which has not yet been effectively utilized.This paper selected these vanadium-bearing steel slags as raw materials to smelt vanadium-containing pig iron in submerged arc furnace,and clarified the smelting process,main parameters,equipment composition and workshop layout,in order to provide a reference for production.
