摘要
资源综合利用技术是21世纪各国重点发展的创新技术之一,而废旧塑料污染是全球面临的一个共同环境问题,废旧塑料的综合处理是当下解决废旧塑料污染的主要途径。废旧塑料的综合利用是对废旧塑料进行回收与加工,通过综合处理技术将废旧塑料加工成塑料颗粒,在治理环境污染的同时创造社会效益与经济效益。废旧塑料综合处理技术目前应用最广的为废旧塑料再生技术。本文结合两个环评案例,全面分析废旧塑料综合利用技术——塑料再生。
The technology of comprehensive utilization of resources is one of the key innovation technologies developed by various countries in the 21st century,the waste plastic pollution is a common environmental problem facing the world,and the comprehensive treatment of waste plastics is the main way to solve the pollution of waste plastics.The comprehensive utilization of waste plastics is to recycle and process the waste plastics,and process the waste plastics into plastic particles through the comprehensive treatment technology,and create social and economic benefits while controlling environmental pollution.The most widely used comprehensive treatment technology for waste plastics is the waste plastic recycling technology.This paper combines two EIA cases to comprehensively analyze the comprehensive utilization technology of waste plastics-plastic recycling.
