摘要
随着城市化水平的提高,市政污泥的产出量逐年增加,市政污泥脱水是制约污泥处理的关键问题。本文针对现阶段国内外市政污泥脱水技术的发展,分析了市政污泥来源、性质;对比了常规脱水工艺的优缺点;重点综述了基于微生物技术的市政污泥脱水工艺的机理及效果;总结了微生物技术应用于市政污泥脱水中面临的问题与挑战;展望了市政污泥脱水技术今后的发展趋势。市政污泥微生物脱水技术的发展,为实现市政污泥减量化和资源化生态处理提供新的思路,为实现市政污泥处理节能减排提供重要的科学参考。
With the improvement of the level of urbanization,the output of municipal sludge is increasing year by year,and the dewatering of municipal sludge is a key issue restricting the treatment of sludge.In view of the current development of municipal sludge dewatering technology at home and abroad,this paper analyzed the source and properties of municipal sludge,compared the advantages and disadvantages of conventional dewatering processes,and focused on the mechanism and effects of municipal sludge dewatering processes based on microbial technology,and summarized the problems and challenges faced by the application of microbial technology in municipal sludge dewatering,and prospected the future development trend of municipal sludge dewatering technology.The development of municipal sludge microbial dehydration technology provides new ideas for the realization of municipal sludge reduction and resource ecological treatment,and provides an important scientific reference for the realization of municipal sludge treatment energy saving and emission reduction.
