再生纤维素膜有色污水在线处理技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 彩色再生纤维素膜生产过程会产生大量有色污水,不仅影响系统污水COD,还提高了污水处理单位的处理成本和难度,制约着该系列产品的生产。为有效处理有色污水,在有限空间内实现在线连续处理,本文提出了一套简易、高效、经济、易操作的在线连续处理系统。结果表明,经该系统处理后,污水的色度、化学需氧量、悬浮物指标均满足要求,该系统具有投资少、运行成本低的优点。 The production process of color regenerated cellulose film will produce a large amount of colored sewage,which not only affects the system sewage COD,but also increases the treatment cost and difficulty of the sewage treatment unit,which restricts the production of this series of products.In order to effectively treat colored sewage and achieve online continuous treatment in a limited space,this paper proposes a simple,efficient,economical,and easy-to-operate online continuous treatment system.The results show that after being treated by the system,the chromaticity,chemical oxygen demand,and suspended solids indicators of the sewage all meet the requirements,the system has the advantages of low investment and low operating cost.
