走向认同:高校创新创业教育中的价值观引导

摘要 近年来,高校创新创业教育蓬勃发展,迈上了新的台阶,取得了不俗的成绩,但也在不同层面出现了一些“偏离”现象:价值观念错位、价值评价偏差、价值认同缺失、价值取向模糊等。高校创新创业教育不能简单地以利诱人、以术导人,要坚持正确价值观的导航,立足创业过程的不同时期,发挥其“指挥官”“检察官”“审判官”的作用,将价值观引导寓于创业的整个过程,以实现创新创业教育的可持续发展。 In recent years,innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities has developed vigorously,stepped onto a new stage and achieved remarkable results.But there are also some“deviations”at different levels:the misplacement of values,the deviation of value evaluation,the lack of value identity,the vagueness of value orientation and other“absence”and“misplacement”of values.Innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities can not simply be lured by benefits and guided by skills.We should adhere to the guidance of correct values base ourselves on different periods of the process of entrepreneurship,play the role of“commander”,“prosecutor”and“judge”,guide values in the whole process of entrepreneurship,and realize the sustainable development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
