领悟社会支持对大学生创业意愿的影响研究

The Influence of the Perception in Social Support on College Students’Entrepreneurial Intention

文章借助领悟社会支持量表和创业量表编制问卷,以240名大学生为样本进行调查,分析并讨论领悟社会支持对大学生创业意愿的影响。结果表明:大学生具备中等的创业意愿和领悟社会支持水平,性别、社团活动、兼职经历及创业培训对创业意愿有显著的正向影响;同时,领悟社会支持及其三个维度(家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持)与大学生创业意愿显著正相关,且均能显著预测创业意愿水平。因此,大学生应该提高感恩觉悟,以提升感知社会支持的能力;学校应该改革创新创业教育,提倡分类引导和实践教育,进而提升大学生的创业意愿。

A questionnaire was designed on the basis of 2 scales,namely the perception in social support and the entrepreneurship.It analyzed and discussed the impact of perception in social support on college students’entrepreneurial intention by carrying out a survey with a sample of 240 college students.Firstly,the level of perception in social support and entrepreneurial intention were all at medium level.Secondly,gender,community activities,part-time experience and entrepreneurship training were all positively correlated with entrepreneurial intention.Moreover,the perception in social support and its three dimensions(family support,friend support,other support)were significantly positive correlated with college students’entrepreneurial intention and can significantly predict the level of entrepreneurial intention.Lastly,the study suggested that individuals should improve their awareness of gratitude and improve the ability of perception social support.The colleges were supposed to reform the education of innovation entrepreneurship,promote classified guidance and practice education so as to further improve the level of college students’entrepreneurial intention.
