摘要
采用传统方法加工梯形螺纹效率低、刀具易磨损且尺寸精度难以保证,还容易造成零件缺陷,出现废品。同时,仅靠修改几个加工参数来实现批量生产或改型,难以达到要求,而且会影响零件质量和生产效率。运用分层车削法和宏程序加工梯形螺纹,可以较好地解决上述问题,提高加工效率和合格率,缩短加工时间,而且可以使零件质量与加工精度得到保障,提高企业经济效益。
The traditional method of machining trapezoidal thread is inefficient,the tool is easy to wear and the dimensional accuracy is difficult to guarantee,which is easy to cause the defect of parts and waste products.It is difficult to achieve the requirement of mass production or modification only by modifying a few processing parameters,and it will affect the quality and production efficiency of parts.By using layered turning method and macro program to process trapezoidal thread,these problems can be solved well,which not only improves the machining efficiency and qualification rate,shortens the machining time,but also guarantees the quality and machining accuracy of parts and improves the economic benefits of enterprises.
