基于PLC的铝型材包装材料自动剪切机的设计

A Design of Automatic Aluminum Profile Packaging Material Shearing Machine Based on PLC

铝型材广泛应用在军工、运输、建筑等行业。由于其表面容易出现磨损划伤等影响美观的问题,因此,在生产及运输过程中需用无纺布和牛皮纸等材料加以包装保护。本研究设计了一种由夹送剪切机构和快速牵引机构等组成的基于PLC控制的自动剪切机,实现了包装材料剪切过程的自动化,提高了生产效率,节约了生产成本。

Aluminum profiles are widely used in military,transportation,construction and other industries.But its surface is prone to be worn and scratched,which will affect the beauty.So in the production and transportation process,non-woven fabric,kraft paper and other materials are required to be packed for protection.In order to realize the automatic cutting of packaging materials,this paper designs an automatic cutting machine based on PLC,which is composed of pinch cutting mechanism and fast traction mechanism.It realizes the automation of cutting process,improves production efficiency and saves production cost.
