湖州市景区村庄“两山”理念转化全覆盖探究

Research on the Full Coverage of the Transformation of the“Two Mountains Theory”in the Scenic Villages of Huzhou

湖州是“两山”理念的诞生地和率先实践地,近年来积极贯彻落实党中央、国务院的全面实施“乡村振兴”战略,浙江省委省政府的“万村景区化”决策部署,全力探索景区村庄“两山”转化全覆盖,形成了湖州发展新经验:规划引领抓建设,精心绘好“村居图”;示范引领强创建,一心绘制“全域景”;转化引领兴业态,专心念好“致富经”;特色引领促提升,用心唱好“融合曲”。

As the birthplace of the“Two Mountains Theory”and the first place to practice it,in recent years,Huzhou has actively implemented the Strategy of“Rural Vitalization”initiated by the CPC central committee and the state council,as well as the decision and deployment of“ten thousand villages as scenic spots”made by Zhejiang provincial party committee and provincial government,to fully explore the full coverage of the transformation of“Two Mountains Theory”in the scenic villages.Huzhou has accumulated the following development experience:planning leading the dierection of construction,making the bluprint of the villages carefully;demonstration leading the strong creation and the drafting of“all-domain landscape”;transformation leading the prosperity of business,concentrating on the“experience of getting rich”;guidance with characteristics enhancing the promotion,playing the“harmony”with joined forces.
