圆环式薄壁夹具的设计 被引量:2

摘要 我国大多数的薄壁夹具为人工拆装,拆装速度慢、效率低,需求量巨大,这些条件严重制约着内撑工装产业的发展.同时薄壁零件刚度差,装夹过程中容易变形,加工过程中不容易保证加工质量,因此通过分析薄壁夹具的结构特性,针对上述情况研究设计一种新型、简单、实用的薄壁夹具,用来满足实际的生产需求.
