综放工作面端面顶煤冒漏数值模拟研究与控制 被引量:2

摘要 通过现场调研及数值模拟的方法,对马营煤矿9102综放工作面端面煤体应力场和位移场分布规律进行分析研究,提出综放端面煤体裂隙发展的4个分区,得出在无支护情况下存在4点问题。运用UDEC数值模拟软件,对影响端面顶煤和煤壁失稳破坏的控制参数进行数值模拟,分析得出端面距、支架支撑力大小及直接顶岩层厚度是控制端面顶煤稳定的重要参数。针对每个参数得出相应合理的控制范围数值,为相似情况下的综放面端面冒漏顶控制提供理论依据,对煤矿综放开采安全高效具有指导意义。 Through field investigation and numerical simulation methods,the distribution law of stress field and displacement field at the ending face of 9102 fully mechanized caving face was analyzed and researched,and four zones for the development of coal cracks at the end face of fully mechanized caving face were proposed.In the case,there were 4 problems.Using UDEC numerical simulation software,the control parameters that affected the end face top coal and coal wall instability and failure were numerically simulated.The analysis showed that the end face distance,the support force of the support and the thickness of the direct roof rock layer were important parameters for controlling the end face top coal stability.According to each parameter,the corresponding reasonable control range value was obtained,which provided a theoretical basis for the control of the caving roof at the end of the fully mechanized top coal caving face under similar conditions,with guiding significance for the safety and efficiency of top coal caving.
